    Academics and scientists whose competence and specialisation may help clarify local authorities’ decision, in such fields as energy, modes of transport, technology, urban planning, health, human behaviour, organisations’ attitude, philosophy, law, economy, to cite but a few.

  • Elected representatives or technicians working for a local or regional authority and in charge of transport and mobility policies, climate plan, Agenda 21, environment, urban and regional planning.
    Local authorities’ representatives and actors wishing to express their needs for studies and solutions. Their aim is to find adequate answers to the complex issues related to definition, choice, implementation and assessment of mobility policies.
